Visit conditions

Under Italian Law the entire Hotel is designated as a non-smoking area. The reductions specified are for children and young people in a room staying with two paying adults and adults in a 3rd and 4th bed.

Booking confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed after having payed the required deposit by postal order to our address, by bank transfer to our account communicated per e-mail or with your credit card.

Arrival and departure
On arrival day rooms will be available from 2 pm. Please inform us if you arrive after 8 pm. On the departure day the rooms have to be vacated by 10:00 am.

Payment
We accept cash, bank cheques, bancomat and credit cards (VISA, CARTA SI, MASTERCARD, POST PAY).

Cancellation policy In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation from 15 to 8 days before arrival, a penalty of 50% of your stay will be required. If canceled up to 7 days before arrival, a penalty of 70% of the total amount will be required. In the event of a early departure or delayed arrival, will be charged the actual cost of spent days plus the 70% of the price of the days left. In the case of a holiday package (including skipass and / or various services) this will be charged in full. Should something happen and should you not be able to begin or to complete your holiday in Trentino? In case of cancellation, late arrival or early departure you will loose the deposit. You may protect your holiday by adding an insurance to the booking. Calculate the cost and sign the contract on “trip insurance”.

Animals
We do accept our animal friends, only upon request, small size and in a standard room. However, please understand that pets are not allowed entry to all public areas, especially the restaurant and spa areas. Please also be advised that any damage to property and / or persons shall be borne by the pet owner.

Internet
Internet connections are free in the entire hotel (except for the restaurant and wellness center). In the Hotel Reception area there is an internet point available for those without a computer.
